Legal basis: User consent when providing contact information through the “Compare Now” form and when selecting the acceptance checkbox for receiving information.
Retention: Until the comparison has been completed. Marketing communications: until the user requests to unsubscribe. Legally established periods apply.
“CALL ME AN AGENT” FORM
Purpose: To contact the user using the provided data to inform them about the corresponding insurance product or others that may be of interest, as well as the conditions for obtaining two free mobile lines when contracting one of the insurance products.

REGISTRATION FORM
Purpose: To inform the user about insurance products that may be of interest, the contracting process, and the offer of two free mobile lines when contracting one of the insurance products, as well as to inform them about our activities, products, and services (including by phone call and electronic means), if the acceptance checkbox is selected.
Legal basis: User consent when providing contact information through the registration form and selecting the acceptance checkbox for receiving information.

SURVEY AND CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TWO FREE MOBILE LINES
Purpose: To complete the survey and indicate preferences regarding selected products and services in order to send commercial information from EVA SEGUROS or third parties with whom agreements exist, as an essential condition for obtaining two free mobile lines, both by phone and electronic means. To provide data to EVA MOVIL SL for the activation and contracting of the mobile lines linked to advertising communications.
Legal basis: Contractual agreement between the parties in exchange for obtaining two free mobile lines.
The customer certifies that they have obtained the express consent of the beneficiary or holder of the second mobile line for the transfer of their data to EVA MOVIL SL for activation, as well as for receiving commercial information under the stated terms.
Retention: While contractual conditions are maintained and during legally established periods to prevent potential liabilities. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will result in termination of the contractual conditions and, consequently, the free mobile lines.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Purpose: To respond to information requests, address inquiries, and answer questions.
Legal basis: User consent when requesting information via email. Legitimate interest of the controller in keeping clients informed about products and services.
Retention: Until the email request has been answered, provided no new processing has been generated. Legally established periods apply.
CURRICULUM VITAE SUBMISSION BY EMAIL
Purpose: To store CVs for participation in recruitment processes.
Legal basis: User consent when submitting personal data and CV. Pre-contractual measures in the case of job offers.
